This hands-on workshop is all about celebrating the beauty of nature through clay! Participants will sculpt wildflowers, bees, butterflies, and organic forms to create delicate, lifelike or abstract ceramic pieces inspired by the season.
What You Can Make:
Flower Sculptures, Bees, Butterflies – For wall art or garden stakes.
Techniques Used:
Slab & Coil Construction – Forming organic shapes and structures.
Texture & Imprinting – Using natural materials to add realistic botanical textures.
Under glazing & Painting – Bringing flowers and insects to life with vibrant colors.

Throughout the class, you'll work with high-quality materials and tools, ensuring that your creations turn out just the way you envision them. There's something truly therapeutic about working with clay and immersing yourself in a creative activity.
At the end of the class, you'll have the opportunity to choose your favorite piece for the finishing touches.
Suzanne will fire and glaze it, transforming your creation into a stunning masterpiece maximum three pieces per workshop. You can collect your finished piece from Manor Farm Studios within 2-3 weeks. Spaces are limited, so book early!

For ages 12+. Special sessions for kids 8-12yrs are available during school holidays.
Includes clay, materials, glazing, and firing. Sessions last 2.5 hours, with a max of 5 participants.
Note: Remove jewelry/watches, and trim long nails for ease. Clay will wash out of clothes.
