A Bowl & Spoon Pottery Workshop is a fantastic hands-on session where participants create their own beautifully crafted ceramic bowls and matching spoons—This workshop is great for all skill levels and allows for plenty of personalization with shape, texture, and glazing techniques.

What You Can Make:

Soup or Ramen Bowls – Deep and wide for cozy meals.
Matching Spoons – Hand-built to complement the bowls

Techniques Used:

Wheel-Throwing (for Bowls) – Learning to center clay and form elegant bowl shapes.
Hand-Building (for Spoons) – Shaping and carving spoons for a unique look.
Texturing & Stamping – Adding patterns with lace, leaves, or carved designs.
Glazing & Finishing – Choosing colors, adding slip decoration, and exploring unique finishes.

At the end of the class, you'll have the opportunity to choose your favorite piece for the finishing touches.

Suzanne will fire and glaze it, transforming your creation into a stunning masterpiece maximum three pieces per workshop. You can collect your finished piece from Manor Farm Studios within 2-3 weeks. Spaces are limited, so book early!

For ages 12+. Special sessions for kids 8-12yrs are available during school holidays.

Includes clay, materials, glazing, and firing. Sessions last 2.5 hours, with a max of 5 participants.

Note: Remove jewelry/watches, and trim long nails for ease. Clay will wash out of clothes.
