A Botanical Imprint Ceramics workshop is a beautiful way to connect with nature while creating unique, textured pottery. Using real leaves, flowers, and natural materials, participants will press organic patterns into clay to make one-of-a-kind plates, tiles, or wall art.

What You Can Make:

Plates & Platters – Elegant, nature-inspired serving pieces.
Wall Art & Hanging Tiles – Decorative ceramic pieces with imprinted designs.
Coasters & Trays – Functional items with leaf or flower impressions.

Techniques Used:

Slab Rolling – Flattening clay to create smooth surfaces for imprinting.
Botanical Pressing – Pressing leaves, flowers, ferns, and stems into the clay for texture.
Under glazing & Oxides – Highlighting textures and bringing out natural patterns.

For ages 12+. Special sessions for kids 8-12yrs are available during school holidays.

Includes clay, materials, glazing, and firing. Sessions last 2.5 hours, with a max of 5 participants.

Note: Remove jewelry/watches, and trim long nails for ease. Clay will wash out of clothes.
